No. We deliver qualified opportunities against written criteria and document every step. Conversion depends on your follow-up and the market. Results are not guaranteed.
Is a lead invalid if the seller is still comparing agents?
No. Comparing agents, exploring options, commission expectations, a longer-but-in-criteria timeline, or later non-answer do not automatically invalidate a qualified opportunity. Genuine misses can be reviewed against the recording.
Do you sell the same lead to several agents?
No. Every opportunity is delivered exclusively according to your written territory and routing rules.
Can you work my state?
Custom campaigns are available across the U.S. Most new markets launch within about ten business days after onboarding, subject to market and compliance review. We do not represent that qualified demand already exists in every state.
Do I have to use your CRM?
No — you can run everything in the Sechen CRM or export your records by CSV to your own system at any time.
Is Sechen a brokerage?
No. Sechen is a customer-acquisition partner, not a licensed brokerage, and does not provide legal advice.
