What a record is
One paid record = one property row.
A record may contain the owner name, property or mailing address, a primary phone, second and third phones when available, email when available, age when available, and multiple property owners when available. Field availability varies — not every record contains every field. Phone metrics are calculated from phone-number attempts; commercial pricing is per property record; no-match records are not charged.
