These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sechengroup.com and any services provided by Sechen Group ("Sechen," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Sechen provides customer-acquisition and sales-growth operations including managed outreach, appointment setting, opportunity qualification, buyer matching and joint-venture coordination, property data and skip tracing, CRM technology and performance reporting. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in individual service agreements between Sechen and the client. Sechen is not a licensed real-estate brokerage and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

3. SMS communication terms

Consent: By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Sechen Group for business communication related to your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe; one confirmation follows.
• Help: Reply HELP or email contact@sechengroup.com.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• No sharing of SMS opt-in data for marketing, including between branches.

4. Submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, and you grant Sechen the right to use it to respond and communicate with you about our services.

5. Acceptable use

• No violating any law or regulation.
• No false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• No disrupting or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

6. No guarantees

Performance figures reflect specific campaigns and are not guarantees of universal results. No lead, deal, appointment, data field, profit, ARV or closing is guaranteed. Cash buyers must perform their own inspections and due diligence.

7. Intellectual property; disclaimer; liability

All site content is the property of Sechen and protected by law. The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sechen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law; disputes are resolved individually. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
