Do you perform the inspections or installs?
No. Sechen manages outreach, qualification and scheduling. The service provider performs the inspection or installation. In the Exalted Services campaign, Exalted performs the inspection.
Whose offer is used?
Your own approved offer. The free-inspection offer in the Exalted Services example belongs to that specific campaign; other clients use their own approved offer.
How are appointments confirmed?
Booked on your calendar and confirmed with consent-based SMS reminders and STOP handling. Missed slots are followed up and rebooked.
How is it priced?
Per approved appointment, hybrid performance, or dedicated capacity — a custom quote based on geography, qualification requirements, offer and volume.
Which trades do you serve?
HVAC, flooring, solar, roofing and other appointment-driven residential service providers.
Do I get the recordings?
Yes — qualifying calls are recorded and attached to their appointments, where legally and contractually applicable, and everything is exportable by CSV.
