Methodology: 100,000 U.S. property records across Alabama, Indiana and Texas over a previous three-month period. Performance is calculated from phone-number attempts, and the metrics represent different funnel stages and dispositions — not a single comparable bar.

What each metric means.
Connection rate — the telephone number connected as a working or reachable line at the carrier level.
Answered — the attempt reached either voicemail or a live human.
Live contact — a live person answered.
Wrong number — a working number was reached but did not correspond to the intended owner / contact.
Lead conversion — a phone attempt ultimately produced an approved qualified lead under campaign rules.
