How do I get the free test?
Book a data consultation. After the meeting, Sechen determines whether your project qualifies for a free 1,000-record test. It is not an automatic or public download.
What does a record include?
One record is one property row and may include owner name, property/mailing address, primary phone, second/third phones, email, age, and multiple owners when available. Field availability varies by record.
What's the price and minimum?
$0.04 per property record with a 5,000-record paid minimum (e.g. $200/5k, $400/10k, $1,000/25k) and custom pricing for 50,000+ records. No charge for records where no phone match is returned.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, delivered by CSV with optional CRM import. U.S. data only.
What if records are wrong?
Demonstrably incorrect records can be submitted for review and replacement according to the written order terms. We don't promise perfect accuracy.
Can you enrich my existing file?
Yes — client-provided list enrichment and custom list building are both available, with state/county/city/ZIP, absentee, equity, pre-foreclosure and other filters where data is available.
